2. Product Description and Customization

  • Our products are custom made to your specifications using premium 304 stainless steel.

  • All personalization and design options must be carefully reviewed before submitting an order.

  • Once the order is confirmed and production has commenced, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

3. Order Acceptance and Processing

  • When you place an order through our website, a contractual agreement is formed once the order is confirmed by us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or product description, or if the order does not meet the required customization criteria.

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, after which your product will be prepared for shipment.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD), and e-wallet services available in Vietnam. Please refer to our Payment Method policy for detailed options.

  • Full payment is required prior to initiating the production of your customized product.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. Any discrepancies or errors may delay order processing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping Only: Our products are available for shipping within Vietnam exclusively.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • For orders under $30: a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

    • For orders of $30 and above: a shipping fee equal to 9% of the total order value will be charged.

  • Delivery Timeline: After processing, orders are shipped and are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days.

  • You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Personalized Orders: Customized products are generally non-returnable since they are made to your individual specifications.

  • Eligible Returns: A return may be accepted only if the product is received with all original documentation, in its original packaging, and free from scratches, damage, deformation, or any defects.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please verify all details carefully before finalizing your order. In the event of a product defect or failure to meet the specified criteria, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • No refunds or returns will be permitted for errors in personalization or product specifications provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website, including designs, logos, images, and product descriptions, are the intellectual property of keepwarmcup and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

  • Purchase of our products does not grant you any rights over our intellectual property beyond the right to use the product for its intended purpose.

  • Our personalized products are manufactured with a high level of craftsmanship. In the event of any manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • Except for expressly provided warranties, our products are provided “as is” without any additional warranties, either expressed or implied.

  • Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

  • Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of Vietnam.

11. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

  • keepwarmcup reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

  • Continued use of the website or placement of orders after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
